"Placed a pickup order. When I arrived I noticed the drink station was a mess with spilled pop and lids all around. Food was pretty mediocre and when I got home I discovered my cheese fries and corn were missing. I filled out a form on the website about the missing food but it’s been about 3 days and I have yet to get a response. Bottom line is that I’m not going to waste my money on food that isn’t that great from a company who doesn’t even care to keep the place aesthetically nice. Not to mention they seem to have a problem making sure orders are complete. There’s too many places to buy chicken and I will not be returning. Sorry Ricky Rozay!"

"Let me start by saying that I never leave bad reviews. But tonight this place has outdone themselves. My boyfriend ordered 15 boneless wings that were not at all edible. Not even 1. Maybe the employees need better training? I really hope there wasn’t a manager present this evening with quality like this. If you would not eat the food you are serving PLEASE do not send it to a customer. Please read and fulfill the entirety of the orders, why am I paying for items I never receive? I will never order here again and will make sure no one else I know does either. Incredibly terrible."

"On 08/06/2024 around 9pm I ordered an eight piece boneless combo half barbecue and Buffalo with two ranches. I didn’t think to check my bag. When I got all the way home I took my food out and most of the food was incorrect. They gave me two garlic Parmesan boneless wings and the rest were Buffalo not even close to what I ordered. Most of the wings were inedible and had a spongy feel to them. The fries were soggy and they didn’t give me my extra ranch. I just got off work and didn’t feel like driving all the way back to the restaurant. I’m not sure if the cooks cannot comprehend the tickets but the correct order was on the ticket on my bag so I know whoever took my order didn’t mess up and my name was on the bag so I know I had the correct bag."

"WINGSTOP is the worst! From every general manager, to distract manager to wannabe manager that I’ve spoken with. I’ve been told I’ll be provided a credit and have gone through the worst of trying to obtain my credit. I been told twice my credit hasn’t been able to be found. The one time I was able to use my credit the order was not at all what was requested. My order has been short of my request. Of 4 things ordered I only received 2! When going in store to obtain the remainder of my credit I am ignored, the manager in the store takes his time and doesn’t even respond or acknowledge me being there! They are rude, they don’t care about the customers & honestly can say Wingstop lost a customers. I spent hundreds of dollars easily lost because I’ve thrown away soggy or cold food every single time I’ve ordered from Wingstop! It never changes! For it to be two new locations on this side of town they both are trash like the rest of the locations in Cincinnati. Do not waste your time or money!"
