"It took over a year to get my Moms headstone placed. It was paid for almost 30years ago. They were going to charge me again. I went there again today and the place is horrible. Vases knocked all over the place and headstones looked like they were moved and crooked. I would never recommend this place…. Ever!"
"My experience with this cemetery staff has not been good. My mother passed away in February of 2022. It took over a year and repeated phone calls before her gravestone was finally placed one week before Mothers Day 2023. I live out of state. I visited her grave site the end of April 2024. It was obvious upon pulling up next to her gravestone that it was not level. Upon exiting our vehicle and approaching I could see the gravestone was completely cracked down the middle. It appeared something heavy had rolled across it. I went to the office and spoke with an employee, who filled out a work order. I left my name and phone number. I have yet to receive a phone call back. I have called twice to follow up. Each time I am told they will check and get back with me before the end of the day.I have heard NOTHING. My next step will be to find out how I can file a complaint against them!!! They are both unprofessional and disrespectful towards the families of the deceased who are buried there!!! It seems they are sadly only interested in making money from new sales, but could care less about honoring those who are buried there or their families!"
"Shameful upkeep and false promises. Mother deceased 2020 and promised May 2021 her DoD plate was ordered and cracked marble slab would be replaced. May 2024 and absolutely nothing has been done! Anyone interested in class action lawsuit against this disgraceful cemetery, feel free to contact me. I will be contacting the local news stations also. Horrible!"
"SHAME ON YOU! You clearly don't care about the descendants or their families. My brother in law has been buried over a year and there is still no grass on his grave. When the headstone finally arrived they called his sister not his wife of 43 years. My sister just took flowers to the grave a week before Christmas, and discovered that the headstone has been vandalized. Someone sawed the vase from the stone. I'm researching a consumer advocate to bring this joke of a business into the light."
"Besides the fact that whenever you call you can never actually SPEAK to anyone, we finally had to break down and go lay our own grass seed for our Dad's grave. It has only been 9 months. I am sure they were going to do it. If other family members plots were not already bought there and the family they wanted to be with was not already there, we would not be back. No one cares about the grounds or the family members connected to this location. If I could have done this with zero stars, I would have."
