"Update to post. Received a call from the store 's GM, and he listened to my story as well as took positive steps to remedy my concerns. I'm updating the review to a 3 star (averaging both experiences: 5 and 1). Mistakes made, are part of being in business. But as long as management at Kerry is this responsive, I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them in the future. Maybe don't shop there on Sundays. Empty, that's true, so you'd think the "manager" might bother to come out and explain his decision not to budge 1 iota off the sticker price, other than to remove the $200 add-on fee for parts tracking that is mandatory (really?). My offer was a cash deal and not far from asking price, but evidentially not worth getting off his chair and coming out to explain his reasoning. And when I left the sales rep stuck her head in his office and asked him if he'd like to come out and say goodbye (and meet me). I heard one word. "No". So, I've got one word for Kerry Group. No....."
"My trunk wasn’t closing all the way so I swung by 10mins before they closed and Walter came out to take a look at it. He helped us fix it and get it to shut even though it was close time for them. The service was amazing!!"
"Trent Kessans did a great job of following up and answering all of my questions. I would rate him 5 stars. But this dealership is the hardest dealership I have ever tried to buy a car from. You would think with a crashing economy and vehicle repossessions being at an all time height they would want to sell a vehicle. This was an all cash deal. Eventually they lost the sale because of the dishonesty and stupid "rules" in place. I worked with 3 different salesmen all on one vehicle. I was told that it did not pass a safety check and that it was being sold at an auction, I was told by another that it was already sold. After a week it had not been removed from their website and also had actual photos uploaded so I submitted an offer online. At that point Trent reached out and told me I would be able to buy the car, however they would not take a penny less. So I had him inspect the car and make sure it was everything that the photos made it look like. He kindly did so and called me back. At this point I tried to place a $4000 down payment on a credit card to hold the vehicle for a couple weeks while I made plans to come get it. I am from out of state and would need to secure airfare to retrieve the vehicle. The $4000 down was approx. 1/3 of the vehicle's price. The dealership refused to hold the vehicle for more than 1 day. How are you supposed to book a flight and hope the car is still there by the time the flight takes off? This dealer had a vehicle I really wanted. It was super clean and priced well. But after 3 attempts I'll find another deal. This dealership has no care for customer service at all. If you want to be lied to, railroaded, and waste your time buy your next vehicle from Kerry Hyundai, but if you do buy from Trent!! UPDATE. I recieved a call from the manager, he could not possibly understand how I shared the truthful review I posted. He couldn't understand why I would want to buy a "beater" his own words... (the same car they descrived the day before as almost perfect!) The phone call ended with, so your one of those people. Great customer service and choice of manager! Dodged a bullet here! RESPONSE TO OWNER Is this how you keep such high feedback? You get your 1 star reviews labeled as "Fraudulent?" Had you taken the time to earn my business you would have already sold a vehicle made a profit and gotten the opportunity to see my drivers license that clearly has a Minnesota address. Instead you would rather write a review trying to degrade a customers character in an attempt to keep your review score higher. Why do you even list your vehicles for sale on the internet? If you are unwilling to sell a vehicle out of area, there is no reason for a website. Local customers are your 1st priority so let them buy all of your cars, and pay all your overhead! Delete your website quit wasting the internet buyers time!"

Our customer service rep (Ramon)was very knowledgeable about the vehicles there and knew just what we wanted based on our interests. There was no-pressure and did not feel rushed. They listened to us and finally the deal was quick and painless with clear communication. We made the trip from LaGrange, KY to Cincinnati and we are very glad we did! We will be back! Bonus- they had great snacks available too!"
"I have purchased two vehicles from them. I have never had a bad experience! Every single employee goes out of their way to be friendly and make sure you are taken care of and satisfied. I’m especially impressed with the service department. If they tell me approximately how long the service will take they always finish within that time frame. They are very nice and personable. Usually I dread oil changes or service on the car but they make it so easy and stress free."
