CVG ValuPark Long Term Parking

"From the ride to our flight and pickup after we arrived at CVG, the 17 days we left our vehicle was easy peasy. The rate was reasonable too. We will use this long term parking service again."

"The lack of on site staff creates significant problems. The card reader was malfunctioning and I was held hostage for over 15 minutes as their staff member had to drive to the location to assist. The shuttles are inefficient. If you value your time, park elsewhere."

"Ok, so it is what it is. The price point is good and the location to the airport is good. You have to take a shuttle to and from the gate. It was simple enough to use abs drivers were very nice abs helpful. However, the parking lot itself was not the most well lit and needs to be repaved in areas. It did the job and is cheaper than the garage for sure."

"Sat for 25 minutes waiting for these buses to pick us up at 2:30am! Asked one economy driver to radio the value park and he was rude. Asked Valet to radio. He said no. Finally a sweet woman from economy said she called a supervisor and that they have at least 6 buses! Do your job and drive back and forth!"
