"4 years ago i had issues with this post office but i am pleased to say things have tremendously improved. I had several packages being held and the tracking was all screwed up. After stopping in the post office, Dion had not only brought everything out for me, including several slips, but took the time to try n figure out what happened aswell and ensure that this was resolved. The friendly and professional service provided this morning has truly impressed me, and i am even more confident that even if i have a us mail issue, the office will get me taken care of. If i had to offer criticism, guys, please answer your phone during your posted open hours. Thank you guys very much again in resolving my issues and being very friendly, professional, and fast! "Awful post office. My out going mail is frequently left in my mailbox. At least a dozen times I have been outside in my driveway when he comes and when I get my mail I find a "sorry we missed me" letter. Missed me? You just waved at me! My outgoing mail frequently gets held for up to 5 days before being sent downtown to the sorting center. I've had more packages lost in and out from this location. I'm tired of bills being late, customers orders not going out, and not getting my mail."
