"Don't t do it. Moved here in April 23 and the park has been terrible getting things fixed. They have a ER # to text for emergencies. No hot water since Saturday night. The best/worst part is, they allow other trailers to have cameras pointed into your yard and front porch. WTH right? They started working on the sewer leak but never finished it, after a year plus of being here."

"Have been without air conditioning since 09/23. They sent people out then, never fixed it and just forgot about it and never fixed it over the winter and made it seem as if it wasn’t an issue. Now it is 06/04/2024. I am still without central air, they have had multiple new people move in just last month and they already placed entire new central air systems for there new attendants ignoring my problem. I have two children under the age of 3 with allergies, and compromised immune systems and we have been in the emergency room department between the 3 of us at least 5 times since the beginning of the spring due to allergies, insect bites and becoming severely infected from leaving my windows open and then they DID NOT INSTALL SCREENS INTO MY WINDOWS. I requested for screens due to this reason of the insects, and still no screens and I now have a spider infestation inside and outside of my house. We now have roaches as well for the first time ever and I am assuming they came through the windows as well with no screens provided and they have been requested for. I HAVE TRIED AND TRIED TO COMPROMISE AND WORK WITH THESE LANDLORDS BY REQUESTING OTHER WAYS TO WORK WITH THEM, and when I call for an update they scream at me. Tell me they have received a schedule yet. I also reported the roach problem and this problem is still ongoing ignored. I am in need of a corporate number an someone to reach out to me. I am taking this to litigation and this will be pursued. I have called the office over 100 times trying to obtain this information, but they don’t answer the phones either."

"We just moved here almost a week ago now but so far so good. When we first got here our air conditioning was broken and it was on one of the hottest four days in a row so far well i called up to the office and left a message saying something was wrong with it and within thirty minutes he was here fixing it within an hour it was fixed. We’ve not had many issues yet so not sure if it’s always this fast but they did great on that. It does take awhile to get into a place but it’s because they’re trying to make sure the people moving in are going to be respectful of everyone else and the park which is also great. I will update if this changes but it seems pretty great."

"Trust all the bad reviews you see. Be skeptical of the good ones. The uselessness of the staff cannot be overstated. They like to claim “Sorry, we are under new management.” If new management can’t answer a single daily phone call or return a message over the course of five weeks well then you haven’t found the right “new management”. Both pictures were taken during the week between 2:30pm and 3:30pm. If you have literally any other option, no matter how bad it seems, it’s better than this place. If it’s your only option then I wish the absolute best of luck."

"Management is shady and petty. People warned me not to move in but it looked nice on the surface, so I did. Been here a year. The brand new unit is falling apart. We still have no driveway. My car has been towed. They are threatening to tow my husbands car now. I dont expect these crooks to give us our deposit back. Pictures are from when we moved in. The shower pictures are about three months in."
