"Giving 3 stars because Mon-Fri they're open on time. Come on Saturday or Sunday out of gas or need air in a tire, you're screwed. Go somewhere else if you'll be late for.work. I understand it happens, emergencies, oversleeping, & flat tires. Every weekend is preposterous? It's currently 6:15 and no one is there."
"Today is December 24. It’s about 11 AM and I’m at the store with my daughter. She’s 2 1/2 years old she needs to use the restroom. This lady tells me that sitting at the counter been talking to this older gentleman for the 15 minutes I’ve been in the store, tell me she can’t use the restroom. It’s out of order. I’m sure she could’ve made an exception for a 2 1/2 year old. SHe’s just been potty trained might’ve been good customer service but she tells me it’s out of order like she goes around the back of the building and behind her car. I’m smarter than that. every time I’ve been in the store she’s been rude and disrespectful anyhow. I own a business here in Cleves this would be the last place I fill my truck up. We fill it up 3 to 5 times a week. Every time guys come in there they buy stuff in the store, I buy lottery tickets every week you would think this person I believe she’s the manager would be interested in the sales. She has her own agenda there because I’ve seen her let other people use that bathroom."
"Awful place! I stopped here to get gas and meet my brother before he had to go to work, because he had something that he had fixed for me. I’m not sure if it was just an employee, a manager or an owner, but a lady came out and started taking pictures of us, our cars and license plates. She then proceeded to get in her car and waved me on so that she could get behind my car and take more pictures. When I put my car in park and rolled down my window to ask her if we had done something wrong, she aggressively got out of her car and yelled “Do we have a problem here!?” When I tried to explain to her what we were doing and apologized for whatever we had done to upset her, she started taking pictures of my car again (while my kids were sitting in the back seat.) I ended up leaving without gas because she made me so uncomfortable. I’m still not sure what we did wrong, but I definitely won’t stop there again! It makes me so uneasy that some random person has pictures of me, my kids and my license plate."
"If I could give them a zero right now I would. Been coming to this Bp my whole life. Me and my fiancé wake up to get a coffee(which is always fresh), and we add hot chocolate to it. The machine yes has instructions, but it’s still tedious. Well it runs over and keeps pouring into the catcher. The employee, who said was the owner but found out her sisters owns the store. Starts being rude and treating me and my fiancé like we were nothing. I’m assuming our attire.. she most likely thought we were homeless. Mind you we both just woke. But she was RUDE and it was uncalled for to be like that. I would of drained the overflow myself if it wouldn’t of made the outcome that came out of it! Shame on you, especially stating your the owner when your sister is and treating costumers that way."
"Your associate Heather yells at customers for not standing 6 feet apart amidst the crisis right now but, then has her family members hanging around the store for fun. Seems a little hypocritical"
