"We just finished devouring THE best NY Strip steak, ever. This is not an over statement. We smoked them on a Traeger, and oh boy. Phenomenal, tender, and delicious. I picked up some giant 24 oz 1-1/2" thick T-Bones also, and those will be Friday's surprise for the FD. This has been a long time coming. To have a real butcher shop in town. The Bowersock's meat locker has been missed since the day they closed. Nice job Rodes, wish you years of success. Looking forward to eating these great treasures."
