"After bringing my family in for our insurance-covered routine screening, I ended up paying quite a bit out of pocket for some extra services that were snuck in during our visit. We ordered glasses, but then had to pay even more money before we could pick them up because of "billing mistakes" during our first visit. When the dust settled and I put on my new glasses... one lens was perfect, the other horribly out of focus. All in all a disappointing and frustrating experience."
