"Very disappointed, You QUIT DOING CLAY BAR WAX. I planned according to weather & time of day to have my car detailed to make it easier on your staff. While my interior clean was done well the wax job was more important. I was having it done as a gift & now it’s not complete. Very disappointed!"

"We just spent $130 on a full detail inside of my car and it was awful. They didn’t wipe hardly anything down, we paid for the extra detail and I had to come behind and rewipe everything because they left a mess in my car. It was absolutely terrible. Also, going through the car wash on the outside they completely missed my wheel wells and it looks terrible. This place neeeds to try harder. We also tipped the guys $20 and yet they did a terrible job. Don’t go here, waste of time and money!!"

"I wanted to get my mother’s car detailed as a gift so I paid $209 for a full detail and it was comparable to something a 15 year old could do for $20. I dropped the car off at 12:30 and by 1:30 they called me and said it was ready for pickup. They didn’t even bother to remove dirt from buttons in the vehicle and they completely skipped the trunk. I’ve NEVER had a car detailer not clean the trunk. Although my mother was very grateful that I tried to do something nice for her, she was not impressed with the quality. Her exact words were “You got ripped off. I don’t know who you took the car to, but do not go back there”. They are NOT professionals here so I don’t understand why they’re charging $200 for below average detailing. The staff lost the key to my mother’s vehicle before realizing that they left the key INSIDE the car for hours. The only reason I couldn’t complain about the results was because I picked up the car just as they were closing. Needless to say, they will be receiving a call and I will demand reimbursement. The photos below are AFTER the detail. I didn’t bother taking photos of everything else because I was already frustrated enough. Never coming back even if they offer me a thousand free washes."

"Lack of detail in their ‘detailing’ service. I expected about 3x the service level, for $150. This was their ‘complete interior’ package. Hard surfaces and cup holders were only given a wipe down or were untouched. Seat was partially shampooed, I had to go over it several additional times with upholstery shampoo, the first pass was ‘brown’, pulling out a lot of dirt. The fabric door panels were untouched, I cleaned these myself with several passes of upholstery cleaner. I specifically asked that the hatchback carpets be cleaned and shampooed, as this was not done on a previous visit. Same here - just a quick pass with a vacuum, no shampoo, as evidenced by the various spots seen in the pictures. Cleaned them myself with a single pass with upholstery cleaner."
