"I was thrilled the store reopened in the Monroe Location, as I enjoy getting nice things for my Wife. This store gets a lot of really "snooty, better than you kind of of people", I overheard a lady outside the store make a snide remark about how the employees were dressed. NAY I say. The staff were dressed like normal people, in fact, one of them had a beanie on that was super cute. Who cares what the employees are wearing. I personally don't care what someone is wearing as long as it's not overtly offensive. I was greeted as soon as I entered, and overall the vibe of the store felt nice. The employees were nothing but kind, and available to help if I needed it. Given the type of people that shop at this store, I'd NEVER in a million years assume that someone making what these employees do would have recommendations for the products in the store. Who would think that lol? If you're willing to spend hundreds of dollars on some retail merchandise, don't expect someone who prob makes 12 an hour to be able to help you lol. Also, one of the employees called me "Hun" and it totes made my day, I think his name was Eric, also there was a kid there with long black hair, he was super nice, and helped point me to the items I was interested in. It's 2024 people, go in, buy what you want, and leave, these people are clearly just trying to pay their bills. Anyways, the selection of clothes was nice, I was able pick up a nice necklace for my wife, and she loved it. I will def be coming back to this store."
