"My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Shapiro for many years. Myself years before Dr. Shapiro joined Dr. Lipson's practice. We have always paid what we owed. Never had to chase me down for unpaid bill. However this time when needing continued treatment his office personnel insist I pay in full, above what insurance covers. Now that I'm retired and on a fixed income it's not going to happen and I had to cancel my Friday 3/8/24 appointment for an implant as well as find someone I can trust like I did him. Dr. Shapiro if you are aware that this has happened shame on you. You are GREAT at your profession. I have always trusted you and your kind and sincere bed side manner. All for wanting more money than I would owe. I am heartbroken."

"To say your excited to come back to the periodontists, says a lot, but that’s how I feel! I’ve had years of pain with minimal help and I finally feel like I can live a “normal” life again. After a horrible experience with another local Peri., had I not trusted my gut and searched for another place, they would have put me through unnecessary hell. They were able to do my root planing and scaling with only local and the previous place said they would not do it without 12 shots of novocaine and a drug to make me forgetter entire procedure.
