"I was a bit skeptical of these giant cookies. I was so pleasantly surprised! Aside from the cannoli (just had too much icing for my liking) every cookie was soft and delicious. They looked good and honestly they tasted even better the next day. It’s just a fun place to go and is a nice (but calorie heavy) pick me up! TikTok reviews made me go!"
"The cookies were fresh and good in taste, however, the price points seemed higher. Good for one time, for sure!"
"A picture (or 6) are worth a thousand words. This is what a $10 delivery fee gets you. I think the cookie box was in a horrific accident while placed on a steaming hot dashboard. The limes are on the wrong cookies, the marshmallow topping is melted and is on the bottom of the lid. The seal was broken and the cookies were a disheveled mess when the box was open. I obviously called the Voice of America store and offered to share the photos. I was offered to leave my workplace to come pick up a replacement box, which my boss would’ve loved, NOT. The innocent girl who was the unlucky one to pick up the phone had to keep running back to her “general manager,” who never once stepped up to take over the call, and instead had her relay the offer of a 50% credit. Never was my offer of sharing my photos taken. It obviously didn’t matter. I’ll stick with the Oakley store if I am ever brave enough to order again."
"So, I was really impressed with Crumbl the first couple of times, but it's definitely fading away for me now. Obviously the cookies are expensive. But they are so rich it's almost difficult to finish one. The design of them are interesting for sure. Was lucky enough to get a free one for my birthday, but it took 3 days to finish it."
"My first time here. Wanted to see what all the hype was about. All the employees were friendly and we had fast service. There were only about 6 or 7 options as to what kind of cookies. I was kind of disappointed in the options. I guess they change every week. The cookies were fresh and big. They were really good. They were so sweet I could only eat half at a time. I also thought it was a little expensive.....6 cookies for $23. But everything was clean and we liked watching the girls make the cookies. We will definitely be back."
