"My family has been buying cakes at this bakery for over 40 years, literally since this Kroger was located where Big Lots is currently located. Up until about 3 years ago we always got the most beautiful cakes. Since then, it's hit or miss, with miss usually being what we receive. While the cakes are always delicious, it's the decorating that consistently bad. Another thing is if you order a round cake, they will send it home with you in a sheet cake box with the lid flapping open, and nothing to store it in."
