"Unfortunately this was our first experience and last. We were not greeted but instead had to order from a kiosk (which we weren’t directed to). They encouraged you to tip even though there was very limited human interaction (which I did). Food arrived missing one of our 4 food items. The food wasn’t bad but the portions were small."

"I LOVE Shake Shack, but until now I'd only been to the Chicago location (on the mile). It's been great every time. This location had quick service & clean restrooms, but the burgers weren't as flavorful & the limited time shakes were only ok. Didn't taste like much more than vanilla shakes. Still good, but I wish I'd gotten one of the regular flavors."
"I ordered two burgers, fries, and shake. The foods were good but there were missing items in order like on the side shake sauce and on the side Korean BBQ sauce for fries. There was no one in the front desk to communicate. Missing orders are so disappointing. I was so excited for the Korean style fries with BBQ sauce, but they took a way my expectations. I hope better experience next time."
