"Guy that sold us the truck was absolutely awful, and a totally babbling, blustering fool. He repeatedly misspelled our last name on the paperwork even after we told him over and over how to spell it correctly. Title came after the temp tag expired and was also misspelled. They collected Ohio sales tax even though we are Kentucky residents, and now won't pick up the phone to send over the sales tax. Finally got some rude person to answer and say to call back at 3; they're back to not answering the phone. Fax is broken and can't even receive the papers we need completed. Never again."

"Okay i bought a 2007 cobalt here almost two years ago. It had 120,000 miles and cost $1,400 after taxes tags and plates no need for bmv they took care of all that pretty quickly themselves since they are licensed. I have been delivering pizza 45 hours a week none stop since i bought it and nothing has went wrong the a/c is perfect too just regular maintenance. I've never seen people so knowledgeable and so devoted to quality service. They sell every car for around $1,000 it seems like and they almost all have fairly lowish mileage perfect condition considering the respected year and mileage of each vehicle. I tried a lot of them out they all felt great and they get different cars every day they sure know how to pick em they have an eagle eye for used cars and they know how to haggle and give the most affordable unbelievable price ive ever seen. I will never go to another dealership for the rest of my life."

"Absolutely do not buy from this dealer! Very friendly staff when purchasing and they are upfront about it being an "as is" purchase, but the vehicle I purchased broke down the next day. Literally was on its last leg, too many issues to name. This is shameful way to conduct business. They see you coming because you are on a budget. I also was promised that my tags and plate would be delivered to my home with my title (which I found out from the BMV that is not even possible). After waiting and waiting, I called to inquire and the girl who answered the phone was extremely rude and condescending. BUYER BEWARE!"

"If you want a good place to buy a car??? It is not from this dealer!!!! Salemams said he just topped of anti-freeze. Well he filled it with stop leak....On top of it has been 2 months and they still have not sent me my title. Wont return phone calls...I did not feel good while i was buying my piece of crap from them...Should have went with my gut feeling and walked out!!!! If this dealer will send me my title so i can send this piece of crap car to the crusher and recoupe some of my money would be nice!!!!! Send me my title NOW!!!!"
