"Consumer beware! The pressure in the self service bays is too high. I’ve washed my truck there many times, but this time it stripped the factory paint off my hood. Mikes will do nothing to help with the repairs because it’s posted “wash at your own risk.”"

The scratches are in circles and go from the passenger side to the trunk. Mikes has not claimed responsibility, which is beyond frustrating. See the attached photos taken on the day of the scratch. My car didn’t have more than 1,500 miles on it, and is now visibly scratched. Take my recommendation and save your money! Hand wash your car before they scratch yours too!"
