"Bought a car from Clark's Auto Sales sight unseen, only relying on their description. They made sure to provide all the flaws in detail over the phone. I went to pick it up, and car was indeed as described, no other hidden issues. Drove it home for 300mi, happy with my purchase!"

"Do not buy from this lot! I drove two hours to pick up a 2016 Yukon. We were told it had new brakes and Roters… it did not. Also said it had new tires…. The tires were bald. They said it had never been in an accident but when I got there and ran the carfax myself it had been in a major accident and been repainted. What a scam these guys are! Thanks for wasting our time. I don’t know how you all sleep at night. Edit: To your response: Is it even possible to tell the truth? The tires that are on it are rated for at least 40k miles and they were almost to their wear marks. If they only have 8k miles on them that truck must be so twisted from the accident you claimed it did’t have that the tires will not last 8k miles. Plus you stated the tires were “just replaced”. Also, a airbag deployment accident is not a “little issue”. My husband flat out asked you if it had been in any accident and you said it had not."

"Buyers beware! I was straight up lied to! I took off work to drive over 2 hours to see a 2016 Yukon. The sales man told me that it had just got new tires, brakes, rotors all the way around and had never been in a accident. When I got up there after asking a ton of questions about it the tires had dry rot and were almost completely down to the wear marks. The rotors were worn pretty bad and evident that they had not been replaced recently if ever. I had asked for the vin number but never received it from him (shame on me). When I got there I ran a carfax and it had been in an accident right before they got it where the airbags deployed and was listed as moderate to severe. He said it was the owner’s wife’s vehicle and it was in impeccable shape. Lesson learned but shame on you for the lies. You are what is wrong with this world. Edit to their response below: This was not over selling it to someone else. That is just another lie they are saying to try to cover their shady business."

"Although we didn't purchase our car here, this place had a great selection of cars within the price we were looking to spend. The man attending the lot bent over backwards while letting us look at everything we wanted. Even while keeping him after hours! I would recommend this place to friends and family looking for a low cost used car."

"I was recently in a car crash due to another car running a red light and totalling my 2003 Buick Century. I really loved the car and wanted the same model. My Dad and I thought we were so lucky to find another 2003 Buick at a reasonable price. While I was in and out of the hospital for treatment due to head trauma my Dad contacted Clark Auto Sales and asked about the car. Initially we were very happy with the response and the salesman let my Dad test drive the vehicle. Everything seemed perfect except for the traction control light turned on. Since we are in a hilly and icy area my Dad was worried if there was an issue with the traction I could possibly get into another accident which - with my truma - could be fatal. He asked the salesman about the light and he said he would have it checked as soon as possible. My Dad gave the gentleman his information and waited for 4-5 days with no response. He tried to contact the salesman 2 more times each time getting the same response that they hadn't checked on the light yet and they would call us back the next day to confirm the situation. This afternoon he called again asking if they still had the car avalible as it was still listed on their website. The gentleman who picked up the phone answered told him they had already sold the car and that it was his fault for not contacting them again. My Dad was very shocked by this response and told him he had tried to make contact several times and the man said that they sell 10 cars a week so they cannot be held responsible for his lack of decision making and he should have just bought the car . My Dad - at this point - was very upset and asked the salesman for his manager at which point the man hung up on my Dad. My Dad tried to call back again to speak to a manager but received a busy signal numerous times. I wrote this at length to prevent any other person drawn in by the "deals" this company offers. It is worth your time to find a more reputable company then to waste other possible offers dealing with unprofessional salesmen."
