"UDF is opening a bunch of new stores all over town. Not sure why they are doing this, simply because they need to fire all their current employees and and get new. Then train them how to smile, be friendly, courteous, and helpful. My experience with almost every UDF has been met with employees sitting around talking, getting up and having to serve someone at the ice cream bar, and the last one is the employee throwing a towel down because I asked her if anyone was working. She let me stand for 5 minutes until I finally said something. Love their products but their service is awful."
