"I've been renting at this location for a while now. They are always willing to work with me and complete the rental with no hassle. The vehicles they have are average, but the people are great."
"They take reservations for cars that are not available. We called several times to confirm and ask questions. The day of our trip they did not have the car and could not tell us when they would have one. Then we called the main Enterprise number who told us they had one at another location and sent us a confirmation. When we got there they also did not have a car. We booked this weeks in advance and were without a car the day we were supposed to leave on vacation. They simply don't care and do nothing to help you."
"This location continues to struggle. I’ve consistently rented here as I travel for work quite frequently. This morning I had a rental scheduled for 8am. I was called and asked if I could push back my rental to 10am. I obliged and proceeded to come in at 10. I then had to wait an hour and a half for my car to be “cleaned”. I understand it’s a busy time of year but as a regular renter and Executive Elite member at National it is getting ridiculous with how poor the service is at this location."
"The general manager offered one of the best customer service experiences. She was very knowledgeable and amicable. She treated my husband and I like royalty. Although she was finishing up with another customer, she acknowledged us right away and let us know she'd be with us. While working with us she acted as if we were the only people in the room. She gave us some really good choices and even provided explanations of what would fit our need the best. I've rented from this location before and will definitely do so again. Thank you."
"Probably the worse experience I had so far. Dirty and smelly car, had it for 2 days and weed smell stayed whole rental, cigaret burns on seats. Had reservation at 9, car was not ready till 9:40, my car was not available, presented SUV like it was better option, if I wanted SUV I would have reserved it. Complained to corporate same day with no response Update: After corporate sent me message that they forwarded my message to the location nooone reach out, so don’t waist your time, they don’t care"
