Mike's Carwash 4700 Hamilton Middletown Road, Hamilton, OH 45011

"Not sure what this location does so poorly but my vehicles always look terrible after getting washed here. I'll be going to Mike's on 747 from now on. You can't tell by the pictures really. I stopped at a self service car wash before going to Mike's to make sure I sprayed off as much dirt as possible beforehand because I was getting ceramic added to the ultimate car wash and wanted it CLEAN before the ceramic. The last 3 times going I thought well maybe it was just that dirty and can't expect it to wash off everything. But this time it was cleaner before going to Mike's than it was when it came out. I'm done with this location."

"Got the basic wash, drove home and noticed my car was still dirty so I had to drive all the way back. The man was very polite and could see that my car was in fact still dirty so he put me in for a rewash.... Still dirty after the second wash. I took my shop towel out and wiped the dirt off my windshield and tailgate. I contacted Mike's and they set me up to get it rewashed next time I'm out but I will not be choosing this same location, Kyle's Station 4700 Station Place. I don't know if their brushes needs replaced or if it's set for tall vehicles only but it definitely didn't clean my car."

"I had been a long time Mike's customer in the Cincinnati area. We had both our cars on 6 month plans- one ultimate and one ceramic. Originally we bought books then were pleased when they offered the 6 month plans. When Mike's introduced the ceramic wash, again we were pleased and we switched one of our cars to this plan. We were happy Mike's customers! Then about a month ago, prices went up again. I was sent an email by Mike's which advertised new locations in Louisville and Evansville. To my surprise, Mike's offer the Ultimate package for about $32 per month and the Ceramic package for $42 per month. Our prices, even with a $20 monthly discount was approximately $62 for Ceramic and $42 for Ultimate. The new locations had lower prices and also locked in these low prices for the lifetime of the car. I thought this was great but why could we not get the same price and lifetime price lock here in Cincinnati?? I called and was told the price in the area is higher and that I could realize the lower prices/lifetime package if I wanted to drive to either Louisville or Evansville and sign up there. Disappointed I thought I would check other brands of car washes to validate the 'area price' Mike's referred to. I have switched from Mike's - I found another car wash with a monthly Ceramic price of $42 ( and additional money off the first month) and Ultimate monthly cost of $32 (same first month discount). Also, the new place offer free vacuums and towels each visit. Our costs are $20 and $10 per month lower per month for each car plus we get free towels and vacuums. If you want a good car wash and want to stop paying the higher prices there are other local options."

"Customer service has gone down hill so much at all their locations. Never see any smiles anymore, never hear “thank you” anymore. Soaps, washing and drying seem different at every location (no consistency). This location seemed to have a soap leak in the drying tunnel (see video). Car had tons of spots, even after a rewash. Disappointed that these locations aren’t as good as they were years ago."
