Reviews
"Buses are never on time due to stopping places for 10-15 minutes like at farmer. Needs to be incorporated into the app to have the correct time"
"The R6 Hamilton to Springdale driver could use a lesson in communication and manners. While I understand the need to enforce the COVID precautions, I don't believe it is necessary to harass riders or threaten to put them off the bus. I will be riding the R4 in the morning from now on. I choose not to start my day with such an unpleasant person."
"I had different people telling me that I could get the curb side bus riding the BGo riding i believe its for $2.00. As I just stated several people told me that this will be the price after the first ride that is normally $10.00. I called the butler county transit to make sure this is true. The woman tells me that i would have to pay 10 bucks there and back each day, thats $100.00 a day. I Think middletown transit should just go OUT OF Business. Even with a transit service you still can't get to your destination most of the time. I wish i could give it no stars. Just go out of business already."
"I have never seen such a mismanaged and unreliable transportation system. The schedule may as well not exist. I have gone from trying to ride the bus to just walking due to the inconsistencies, and even though it may be good for my health, it's terrible for my time management. BCRTA, you need to make some major changes and soon. There is a $66 transit fee built in to our tuition and I wouldn't pay BCRTA a single cent if I didn't have to."
"Busses are consistantly showing up at incorrect times, when they're late they won't stop at a stop if they dont see any kids, which is problematic in the winter because who wants to wait for a late bus in the freezing cold? I've been late several times while relying on the BCRTA, I will say it's better than nothing, yet, don't rely on them for getting you somewhere on time."
