"Very bad experience those people the supposedly and I say supposedly people who work there who should be called rats like to steal money they want to sell things more expensive than the normal price, today Sunday the 11th I went at about 3:30 pm and this girl wanted to give me everything more expensive than normal and she was charging me for a sim card when I had my own sim card because I was just changing companies so I told her that she shouldn't charge it but she made excuses apart from that it was very racist just because she saw that I am a Hispanic person she told me What if I had someone who had a state ID and they didn't even ask me for mine. please look at who they hire because that's why they lose customers thank you very much"

"I had a good experience mainly because I was first in line. Because if not they only have one employee working there and the service takes forever. The selection there is good same with the prices. Sometimes it is hard to understand the employees because they speak very little English. I love their rate plans and all the accessories to choose from!!!"
