"I started having major issues with my phone after a recent software update. One of the first things I did was take it into the store to have it checked. Amber checked it out and replaced the SIM card in case that was the issue. Long story short, I ended up having to get a warranty replacement phone. I went into the store again to do the replacement and Amber was awesome throughout the process. While I don't remember some of the names, everyone I've encountered at this store have provided fantastic customer service! Having to switch to a new phone is not usually a fun process but Amber and her team make it fun and far less stressful than it can be.
