"I took my 2024 Malibu in there with 3,000 miles, and when I was pulling up the girl wasn't paying much attention. She kept telling me to go forward, well come to find out I needed to turn to the right a little. I hear my tires hit where they lock in at, and she hurried and told me to turn right. I didn't think about it because I've been using Splash and Dash since they first one opened in Hamilton on Princeton PK. My car before this I bought with 40 miles, and I always wondered how scratches would appear. Anyways 2 days later after washing my Malibu I noticed a a chunk missing out of my driver's side wheels (front and back). Since I didn't notice it right when it happened there wasn't much I could do. I'm starting to hear stories about people's cars as well, so I'm cancelling my membership. It also knocked my mirror forward and backwards the last time I went. Ya I'll wash it myself!"

"Flying ace carwash is a good automatic carwash that you can pay per visit or join the monthly wash club. A basic monthly plan of $20.00 gets you as many washes you want with the basic services that include free use of the car vacuums. The value is hard to beat!"

"I would give 0 stars if it was an option. I came in n 2/5/24 and paid for the top-tier wash- $22.00. Aside from the fact that it didn’t even wash the bird poop off my vehicle, I came out of the wash with gray scuffs/scratches on the hood, roof, and door of my white SUV. I filled out an incident report and asked for a refund immediately which I was refused at the time because it would impede the investigation into the scuff marks on my car. I got a call today, saying that after the results of the investigation, apparently no other cars came out of the wash with scuffs and scratches all over their car so they must’ve been there prior to me coming in. My car is brand new, it’s a 2023 with less than 4000 miles on it. I did not have marks on my car prior to going into the car wash. I absolutely saw them not doing anything about the scuffs on my car as a possible outcome and I said at the very least, can you please give me a refund for the $22 I paid for your top-tier wash that didn’t even remove bird poop from my car, and they won’t even give me a refund for that now. So basically, I just paid $22 for a car that still isn’t fully clean that has scuff marks all over it. I will never return to this place again, and I highly advise everyone else to do the same. The bare minimum of customer service would to at least have been to refund me. Update: After calling corporate customer service, they emailed the location and the employee who originally helped me gave me a refund- I’m just waiting for it to hit my credit card. Now I still have to get these scuffs off my car."
