Our Legal Division is located in Room 205 on the second floor of the Courthouse, on the east side of the north corridor. It operates Monday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Tuesday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The Title Division is situated at 318 Portland Street, on the west side of Celina, just north of Logan Street, next to the License Bureau. It is open Monday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Tuesday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
