"I’ve waited months after they were opened to go and try this out. I’ve been there 10X so far and each time, they have been very inconsistent with hot coffee with cream and sugar (basic, I know…). Throughout my time of going there, they have forgotten to add sugar or cream, the coffee was watered down, the order was messed up, the workers had attitudes, and service has gone down hill. We the people of Darke County have closed Hardee’s and it seems that this is next…"

"Gave them the chance to do a mobile order. The bacon we ordered wasn’t even heated up. It was floppy and cold. I guess they are trying to work on getting their drive thru time down? It’s worth the drive to Englewood and back at this point."

"Don't go unless you want to wait in line at the drive thru forever! And no one in nice and friendly like you would expect in a customer service oriented type job. Don't expect any smiles out of those workers. Also double check your donut orders to make sure you get what you order."

"The place was busy but we were still served relatively quickly. The place was clean and the atmosphere was okay but the music was loud and the voices of the guests and workers could be overwhelming to those sensitive to sound. The food was decent but we were served the wrong muffin and the donuts were dry. The drinks were good but the wrap was overpriced for the quality and amount. They replaced the muffin. There are two handicapped parking spots with a ramp. The door opens out and the handles are placed high. There is free WiFi and it works well for normal things like schoolwork and surfing."
