"I ordered a case a canned meats and a case of Goetta. I had read some reviews of dented cans, but took a chance anyway. Several cans (28 oz) were damaged (dents) traveling from Ohio to Michigan (one state north) Only 2 of the Goetta (14.5 oz) cans were dented. I suggested to the owner to use cardboard separators between the cans as double boxing does not stop the cans from banging against each other. The owner didn't agree with me and thinks the way they pack them now is good enough. I don't know, maybe the smaller cans fare better in shipment than the larger ones?? No refund, no replacement which probably would have resulted in receiving more dented cans anyway. I won't be ordering more, I don't want to risk my family's health serving dented can dinner. I mostly bought them for a backup food supply in case anything were to happen, but I don't trust the viability of the contents with the dented cans."

"I bought everything but the turkey in the 14.5 oz cans. Received my order quickly (6 days). I have tried the hamburger, pork sausage and beef, so far everything is yummy. Literally opened the can of beef, heated and put on top of mashed potatoes. Nice meal after a long rainy day at work."

"Received damaged product that they sent to the wrong state, from Ohio to Washington state then to Utah. I purchased 2 cases of beef for long term storage, several cans were damaged. They said to take it up with UPS that it was not their problem. That does not help me replace the hole in my long term storage, they kicked me straight to the curb despite my patience with their previous screw up. "We stand behind our products 100%, and we are committed to exceeding our customers’ expectations" They fell short of meeting expectations and far from exceeding."
