"The old Greenville Electric Light & Power Company plant used to be located back here, many, many years ago. DP&L bought it at some point and tore it down. The foot bridge was built on an old B&O Railroad trestle bridge. There is a large parking lot with access to the bike path, and to the Tecumseh Point trail. There is a lot of litter and vandalism down here, and there are homeless people living under the nearby North Broadway bridge."
