"One star is too much rating for this place where the person who ministers there does not like to return the deposits. I have a friend who lived there for a year. At the time of delivering the mobile home, there were two damaged blinds and the lady did not want to return the 1000 dollars of deposit for these damaged curtains and was asking for 140 which was supposedly the value of the two blinds this happened at the arrogant house 302 S Willow Dr just two months ago"

"Horrible property manager., had someone I know pay for a mobile home he purchased and he never got proof of ownership or a title , found out later this property manager told him to go ahead and pay said owner and the lady he paid doesn’t even own it and now has to fight the courts for his home that he paid 13,000 for then someone else I know lived there and was served an eviction notice so this property manager could sell it, Beware, she’s horrible and tries to charge for everything!!!!"
