"My wife and I had T-Mobile Mobile service and most recently Spectrum Mobile service. Both were terrible. Dropped calls were a constant. A friend suggested I try AT&T so Saturday I called and spoke with a young man named Alex. He was very helpful and even stopped by our home to see if his service was any better which it was. Today my wife and myself switched our service to AT&T. Alex was exceptional he got both of our phones switched to AT&T and my wifes apple watch also. Alex couldn't have been any more helpful. "Man, I was in this store today. My situation was difficult. My wife and I decided to switch to AT&T yesterday. But I'm a long haul trucker. I live in Texas with a Texas phone number. IZAAK said I needed to call at&to customer care with my unique situation. We'll 2 1/2 hours later the guy on the customer care line was useless. His name was Ian. My man Izaak told me to hang up and he would try to help me.. we'll he did. This young man was a phenomenal help. His manager is truly blessed to this amazing young man on their staff.
