"Went to the truck stop for a shower. It's a little pricey at $18.00 but you get two hours to take your shower, shave, cut your hair, etc. Walking in to the shower you've been assigned you first see a counter and sink to one side, with a bench right beside it to sit on and change or to just put your change of clothes and your soap and shampoo on. There is a toilet opposite the bench. In the back of the room is where the shower is, behind a wall that the toilet is against. I should also point out that the shower and room is completely private, for use by one person at a time. My first impression was that it was startlingly clean and sanitary. You are provided with towels and wash cloths. There are also soap dispensers in the shower on either side of the panel that contains the shower heads. Yes, heads....there are two shower heads in the nook where the shower is. One is up where you'd normally expect it to be and there is another one a few feet lower. I'm not sure what the purpose is for the lower shower head but I am a disabled veteran so I bring a folding nylon chair so I can sit while I shower and that lower shower head feels just heavenly massaging the back of your neck while the other shower head rains down on you. I mentioned that you are allotted 2 hours to take your shower but unless they're really busy you won't be disturbed if you go over your 2 hours. The people working there are a 10 out of 10 in my book. They'll bend over backwards to help you. I've used their services twice now and I can assure you that I'll be back to use their services again. I cannot speak highly enough about the people that work in that part of the truck stop and their willingness to assist with whatever you may need. I rate them at the highest level for their kindness, courtesy, and willingness to help in whatever way they can. You leave that place feeling like a new person and in a fantastic mood because of the extremely professional treatment. You won't be sorry using their facilities."

"Arby’s is clean and good Showers are all large, clean with decent water pressure. All showers handicap accessible. Staff is friendly, parking is sufficient."

"I go to this location 5 days a week! Truck parking is pretty decent as far as size. The pumps and fuel island are always clean and trash is is never overflowing! You still have your few drivers that sit on the fuel island but nothing like the PFJ! I haven't needed any truck service or use their Road Side Rescue from this location so I can NOT speak on that part! Loves seems to have a excellent standard for cleanliness! Loves restrooms, showers and store are always clean! This location in Madison exit 212 off I-90 in Ohio lived up to the Loves Cleanliness Standard. Absolutely clean. No smells in the bathroom which is always a plus because we know we all have been in some public bathrooms that smelled horrific and lacked cleaning! There is a great selection of things inside - from food, drinks, gifts, truck needs, phone chargers! There's also an Arby's! Every employee including the Arby's each time I'm there is always friendly! Out front they have pretty good amount of parking in front and side of building. There's 4 or 5 RV spots. Great for thoses traveling! I love the fact that you do NOT find people who live in their cars sleeping at Loves unlike some other big truck stops because I believe Loves does have policy against it! I have NEVER encountered any rift raft, beggers, lot lizzards at a Loves and hopefully Loves continues to have those standards to continue to protect all their customers!"

"One of the cleanest and nice smelling bathroom. The two ladies in the store were VERY helpful. The lady at the register was sweeping (sometimes ill see people standing around). Not her. She was working hard to make sure this Love's location was CLEAN. When I couldn't figure put how to use one of the machines, she quickly helped and the other lady came and QUICKLY brought a new box to refill the empty container. WILL return and recommend this location."
