"Staff was very unattentive. Busy talking to each other rather than focusing on customer service. One even had ear buds on listening to music."

"The workers were really nice and helpful but the wait was crazy! There was about 8 people returning cable boxes that were messed up and getting a replacement , which takes about 5 minutes. There was 3 workers at the desk but probably about another 5-8 people getting cell phone plans which takes 30-45 minutes. It don't make sense why one worker would get everyone handled that's returning/exchanging stuff and 2 workers for the phones , instead I sat there a hour and a half for a 5 minute process. Other than that the 2 workers I talked to were nice and helpful."

"The most inconsiderate and incompetent company I have ever had the misfortune of working with. Whatever has got you considering Spectrum (price, promised speeds, etc) I would reconsider. Because at some point their service will fail, and rather than attempt to fix it they will leave you floundering for days at a time (while continuing to charge you all the while.) Whatever selling point has you considering Spectrum over their competitors, I'd ask myself if that selling point is worth it when you factor in the numerous days every month you will be charged while not receiving what you are paying for. And then I'd go with one of their competitors."

"I just gotta say I went to this store twice today because I had so many questions. I recently started working at a work from home job with tons of equipment that my previous Internet plan could not accommodate. Brandon and Tyaeh (sorry if I’m spelling that wrong) assisted me today and they were so very helpful! They answered every question I had to where I could actually understand (I’m horrible with this kinda stuff) and even recommended products from bestbuy that would be great for exactly what I’m doing. The customer service I experienced today was absolutely fantastic and they were so kind!"

"We came in for the trade-in offer of 600 dollars credit per phone. We received credit for 2 phones. The third has not been credited. We have stopped in 5 times with no resolution. Spectrum's representative kept sending us to assurant; their third party. We called assurant but no resolution. This is just tiring circling around. I strongly recommend that if anyone who is considering coming to this company for any kind of service to stay go elsewhere. A few more days, she said. We shall see"
