"Management does not do anything out here! Water continues to lay all over the place and water is all under some of the trailers, and the roads are never fixed they keep getting worse and worse! And the raise they rent like hell out here and they say it’s to help fix stuff around here such as the roads and other stuff for the trailer park nope not all!"

"They charge a $30 late fee if anything is every paid after the 5th of the month and we never get the water bill til the 6th of the month and apparently they can't ever take our money for pay for trash to pay for it cuz it's still sitting in the road since Thursday and it's now going on sunday oh and they don't ever fix anything that needs to be fixed.."
