"Called in the middle of the week for pickup on Saturday for day renta on the dump trailer. Was told that is not a problem will put you down just call us when you're ready to pick up and we'll come down and unlock it. Tried calling Saturday morning no answer. Once I finally did get a hold of them they told me that was double booked. And the double booked was for a friend. I already had equipment rented to do what I need to do. They claimed that they will make it right on my next rental however I have not rented from them for over 2 years so it's not like that I would rent from them all the time. Not taking care of their customers but only their friends. Having two people take bookings is not ideal unless you're using a good system to keep track of when the equipment is out. Obviously they're not using a good system."
