"I moved here from West Virginia to work and I was lucky enough to find this nice and cozy mobile home park to stay at for the duration of my time here. Conveniently located within minutes from everything you need and only 15 minutes from my job site. The mobile home that the owner rented to me had brand new carpet and dry wall. It is very clean she bought a brand new fridge for us, gave us furniture, gave us dishes and a vacuum, etc. Mary did anything she could to make us feel like home and she’s honestly the best landlord I’ve ever had . Highly recommend these mobile homes to anyone . Smoke free and pet free homes as well as a good neighborhood . 5 stars from me ."
