"We rented one of their town houses in North Myrtle Beach. There were 4 parents with 4 12u baseball players and there was plenty of room for everyone. The boys enjoyed the pool. Everything was clean. We enjoyed the view. We would definitely rent again."

"We stayed at the North Myrtle Beach house and it was everything my family and I were asking for! Great walking distance to the beach, super clean house, lots of room and amenities. Super kid friendly and they even had a gate to put by the stairs so my little one wouldn’t climb up! Activities for the family were available. The fire pit was easy to use and definitely came in handy for s’mores on a quiet evening. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful too. I would absolutely stay again, thank you guys for everything!"

"If I can give 0 stars, I WILL!! We booked a rental unit (7 DAYS GRACE UNIT 3) for a family of 10 (toddlers and adults), and everything went smoothly prior to the time of check-in. Communication was great; staff were friendly, and they responded quickly. We were all excited for this family trip, and their unit, based on the photos, was stunning, clean, and it was beachside as well. We were expecting a comfortable stay for our family. Instead, we were greeted by a nightmare— the ceiling had completely collapsed, exposing black mold everywhere. This is not only unacceptable but extremely dangerous, especially since we had older adults and toddlers with us. After contacting management, they quickly sent someone to assess the situation, but their solution was nonexistent. We asked if we could just get another place but were told that their other units were occupied, and we were left scrambling to find last-minute accommodations for two nights. To make matters worse, they offered to cancel our booking, but we won’t receive a refund for seven days. (Imagine if you don't have the extra money to book for another place to stay?) In an attempt to make up for the inconvenience, they offered to cover our dinner and asked us to send the receipt along with our Venmo account for reimbursement. We did exactly that, but up until today, we haven’t received a single cent. They haven’t even bothered to reply back to us. This experience has been nothing short of horrible. I flew all the way from Dubai and our family drove for hours to Myrtle Beach, only to have our family vacation completely ruined. I would not recommend this place and company to anyone. UNPROFESSIONAL. UNETHICAL."

"We booked The Landing Zone last weekend after staying elsewhere during hurricane Debby. It was such a great spot! We had a private salt water pool, minutes from the beach!"

"We stayed at the North Myrtle Beach property and had a blast! We loved how close it was to the beach and the living room area downstairs/outside was perfect for us to all hang out. You cannot access the main area of the house from the bedroom downstairs so that was the only “down side” but honestly it didn’t matter much since we are all adults. Just something to note if you are traveling with kids. There are still plenty of bedrooms in the main area! The property management company was quick to respond to all of our messages and we enjoyed our time!"
