"This branch manager is outrageous!! I understand fraud and things across the board but to treat a customer the way she did this morning is unacceptable. To have an attitude and be matter of fact in a job that requires customer service skills is completely unacceptable. Retrain your folks on customer service because it’s clearly lacking at this location!"
"Two major frustrations are ongoing and are causing us to consider moving institutions: 1. Everytime we go on vacation, we inform the bank of travel plans. First time we did it through the app, both cards got shut down and when consulting the bank, they said it's because we did it through the app and we needed to actually inform the branch personally next time. We have done that as well and still have issues with getting the cards shut down while traveling. Major headache and huge frustration while traveling and having no access to any money, having to rely on others until we got home. 2. Ordering checks is a fiasco. Received temporary checks imprinted exactly as we were wanting. Got a printout proof confirmation that had different information (phone numbers and date account was opened) and asked to remove those. Received checks and the date account opened was removed, but not phone number. Messaged through the app and was told I needed to go into the branch yet again to clear this up- another day off work. Went into branch and was told by Kathy (or Cathy?) they could order new checks without the phone number but the date the account was opened could not be removed. That's a minor detail, but can you explain why my other checks didn't have this on them then? Everytime I talk to someone, we are given different information and it's so frustrating."
