"I'm a small business operator and for 2 years during our summer months their staff couldn't read TFQK to be able to sort out linens properly.. We depend upon things being done right and having spoke to the owner several times about this and each time being assured it would be rectified, it wasn't. Last year in early July I called David Marino (the owner), and left numerous voice mails pleading with him to call me as this issue is costing me money. I typically can sort through and package two bins of laundry in 3 to 4 hours, however due to their ineptitude it started taking me a full day as I had to hire a lady to help me go through all the linens to sort them ourselves. Eventually ended up hiring another lady as it became ridiculously unbearable. I never got a single return call back nor an email returned. Let's go back to 2014 and I had just purchased $10,000 in linens and sent them down for their first wash and upon return I had old linens returned with my brand new ones. I lost over a third of my linens because as David told me, 'we hired a guy who can't read and he didn't know better and dumped bins from different companies TOGETHER'.... DAVID assured me that he could find my linens and get them back to me... But nope.. Never did... Never offered to reimburse me.... So last year. I stopped paying them... They wouldn't return my calls or emails but I felt I was still owed after all that time of their neglect for screwing up and losing my linens and then me having to hire two extra people for what I was doing alone, but because they werent providing me any service I felt I'd do the same.... Hey David... Do right.. Call people back.... Teach your Mexicans how to read TFQK and you'll get paid... Not to mention... I'm still waiting to be made whole for over $3000 dollar for the lost linens. Another vendor here also told me their nightmare with them and what ended their relationship was they had a bin fill of laundry returned all ironed and folded but none of it was washed and they said it stunk to high heaven. Do yourself a favor and do them yourselves... At least you know they will be done right. They don't mind sending bills out but you'll never get a call back from David, much less anyone else."
