"I opened an account at First citizens bank. Well for important personal reasons I asked that I not receive any paper statements to my home address. Stefanie Burton the bank manager assured me statements would not come to my residence. she lied to me and I did receive statements after multiple times I made it specifically clear that I didn't want them. If you want a bank that values you as a costumer I would recommend any other bank besides this one. They have zero respect for their costumers Get an account anywhere else!"

"I have banked with First Citizens Bank for over thirty years. I have banked at this branch for over eight years the tellers are very nice but the managers are incompetent. I have gave them copies of my power of attorney for my mother's account and signed signature papers three different times and they lost or never filed them."
