"AWFUL experience!!! Just moved to the location and reached out to Norman's to clean a few blazers and fix a zipper on a coat. The advised me that I would get a call the following day from the repair person with details on fixing the coat. Not only did I not get a call, when I called late the next day to get an update, she said nothing was done with my coat. It was not fixed, nor in the process of being repaired. If this is their first impression to me as a paying customer, then I think I may need to take my business elsewhere. Do Better Norman's...Stop neglecting your paying customers and make them a priority. Sad!!!"
