"Bad service for people with mortgage payments from another state. They will prioritize in person clients, and the mortgage department never answers the calls causing late payment. The online payment is just as bad. Followed the prompts and still can’t pay. These are the same concerns for months now. No one is willing to take my payment if answer is received. So frustrating nothing is being done. Never had issues with my other mortgage company before apex took over. I shouldn’t have to make several calls a day to get a payment in."
