"This company was very slow during the construction phase of my building. They show no concern for the customer and had to be called for updates. I had to get the retailer involved when the company made a calculation error in the pricing. Once built, they still haven't called to let me know what's going on and when my building will be delivered. The whole process takes way to long from start to finish and I would recommend you NOT using Johnson's Quality Buildings for your project."

"This company has the poorest customer service and is not responsive. My mother paid full price upfront for a porch to be built on 06.06. No response from them or no building being erected. Went back to the company and they proclaimed she was given the wrong date, was then given the date 06.17.22. Still no build or phone call from them. Waited 2 weeks still nothing. The builder then comes by explaining he has health issues but was extremely rude and condescending. Not sure why, we are the ones waiting. Ok, then we still have to call them back which then they schedule 06.27 to return back to the house. Okay, today is 07.27.22 I call to then get told we can refund you minus the $50 paperwork and material fee. Umm, how is this my fault when you all never performed the service? I then get hung up on by the bookkeeper because I question the charge when absolutely nothing was done. No contacting the paid consumer or proving the service. SHE had an attitude toward me not wanting to be charged for a service I never received. This is very unprofessional and to be hung up on because your policy isn't feasible for the consumer is asinine. You cannot charge someone who paid upfront for a service you failed to provide and communicate properly on. Great offer the refund minus $50 for paperwork."
