"Trying to deposit my money, I've been here for close to 30 minutes. ATM is broken. I go in, there's an outrageously long line and no deposit slips to fill out. I've tried depositing my money at night, and it won't take cash. Is there anyone managing this place? What a disgrace."
"Visited this branch in 10/1/23 to make a deposit at the ATM, and was very surprised how dark the parking lot is especially around the back as you are driving around the building to get to the ATM. Almost no lighting at all, save for a few tiny lights near the building that did nothing to light up the parking lot. While there were a few lights above the ATM and drive-up area that were on the entire thing felt very unsafe and made me uneasy as a customer (or for that matter anyone especially with everything going on these days). I did call and speak to the branch manager to express my concerns, and she said it was a surprise to her to hear that since they are not there at night to see the parking lot is dark? But she advised she would have this taken care of and agreed it was an issue of safety. Just be aware when you go there at night."
