"Since the new company bought arts car wash out, they have been closed more than they have open it seems. I have been there at least six times in the last six weeks and only two times was I able to get a car wash? Very frustrating when I drive 10 to 15 minutes to get my car wash and they are close. When I’ve called and asked, I have gotten excuses such as the machine is not reading the license plates. The chain is broke, etc. So I finally stopped by on Saturday and got my car washed. After exiting the car wash, I’ll pull up to the vacuum station to clean my windows and clean the trim. All the bottles seem to be filled with water. One used to be blue for Windex and one was purple for detailing. Now, all bottles are clear…straight water. I hate to do it, but I guess I will cancel this service at this location and join the car wash in North Myrtle Beach."

"I was a frequent customer of Arts Car Wash until today May 11 2024. I used their services frequently several times a month. I would go in for a basic wash for $7, now a basic wash is $12.00. That's almost a hundred percent increase in cost in less than a week. That's a crazy markup. I've not been disappointed by their Washing Service or their vacuuming or even their customer service, but I don't feel like marking up the price that much makes any sense to their loyal customers. I hope they get the message in this review that I'm not disgruntled with anything other than price. I'm just not going to pay almost double for the same service. I could understand the price is going up a little since I think they're under new ownership, but I'm not going to pay that much more for the same service."

"Just drove down from Canada and my truck was a mess, bugs and grime. After the wash the truck looked amazing. The staff were very friendly, they did a pre wash hand wash to get the bugs off !! Decided to take the monthly repeat wash, I can wash my vehicle every day for a month if I wish, for $35. !! I was very pleased with Arts Car Wash, would highly recommend!!"

"Last week I took my brand new car to Arts car wash on highway 17 in Little River. Had it from the dealer one day. Went through the car wash had a scrape on the right rear door. I Filled out an incident report. I was assured that it would be dealt with, and I was told I should contact their manager. I went and got my car repaired. It cost me $475 to fix the damage. I had to text the managers number as her voicemail was full, as she would not answer any calls. I sent her receipts and pictures of the damage. After repeated attempts to contact her it took 2 1/2 weeks to get a response from her and She finally called me back and said that there was nothing wrong with the car wash, and they would not be reimbursing me for any of the damages and implied I was making it up This was a terrible experience. I do not recommend Arts car wash. Thanks for your reply, however I tried calling the number below last week and spoke to one of your local employees who knew nothing about this and said they would let the owner know and I still a week later nothing. It seems that this was just an attempt to clean up your reviews and you still really have no interest in doing the right thing.. 3/8/24 Here we are weeks later no resolution or response. Not an honorable business.."
