"So back story I’ve used them for a few years now. Had set my cards to no limits when we opened our account. So today I paid all my bills for the month afterwards my wife and I went out to eat we ordered our food got drinks and had a great night but low and behold we went to pay and our cards were declined I had more than enough in the account but no luck so I figure like and other bank I’ll call the number on the card they may have thought it was fraud but no apparently we maxed our daily limit on both pos transactions and atm transactions and cause this bank is to cheap to have 24 hour customer service I could do nothing but wait for the cops due to failing to pay for dinner finally after being put in cuffs and having to explain the situation did the restaurant agree to hold my lisence and cards as collateral until tomorrow this is not the first issue I have had with this bank but it will be the last they have no problem holding your money but can’t setup up accounts they way they say they can and for some reason can only afford a third party fraud alert that can literally do nothing but in lock or lock your card . I strongly recommend your avoid this bank I’ll be closing my account on Monday and going to a bank that actually has 24 hour card service support"
