"Worst experience I’ve ever had with spectrum customer service. I manage multiple accounts through a realty company and come to the North Myrtle location several times a week. Most employees are decent and nicely mannered, however on my visit today on Aug 6th, 2024 I was helped by employee Nyasha and she was extremely rude, had an attitude against me. I’ve given NO REASON to be treated with the disrespect. Again, I come to this store several times a week, sometimes 3-4 times a week. I will take all my other concerns to the spectrum store that’s 25+ miles away before I ever come back to North Myrtle and have to deal with that ever again. Unnecessary attitude."
"I have been to this store in North Myrtle Beach several times for different issues, and each time the employees were abrupt, rude and unhelpful. I tried to explain my problem and my lack of expertise for correcting the issue, and they kept repeating that they couldn’t help me. I understand it may not be a spectrum problem but the tone of voice and disinterest in helping was unacceptable."
"horrible. Good help is hard to find and the people that work in this store are the worst of the worst. I look forward to A.i. replacing them in the future and not having to deal these people. I really would like to file a written complaint so that other people do not have to have the same awful experience. "I normally don’t provide reviews but today’s visit to the Spectrum store in N. Myrtle Beach, SC resulted in this review. I have had Spectrum TV since we installed cable. We have had the house since 1988. I wanted to add internet and rework my bill because it has gotten so high with only cable TV. I went into the store and was told my name was not on the account. It was changed years ago when the original person died. The bill has been drafted from my account for years and I was on the account. But the main reason was the quality of service with the employees and store. We were there today (06/25/24) around 4:00 - 4:30. The employee that waited on us had food all over her mouth and was very unprofessional. The counter had paper straws crushed laying around. There were bandages with dried blood on the floor that someone had left. No one seemed to care with any of the employees. We went to the AT&T store and it was a completely different. Very clean and professional. We will transfer to them the next time we are here. We are also transferring our home service. We have been a very dedicated customer for many years. It’s a shame that the service is so bad now!!!"
"They weren’t much help. Wanted to see about purchasing an Apple Watch. None in stock. Said they sold 2 this morning. And they could ordering me one but it has to come to my mailing address. I’m out of town for 5 weeks and I want the watch before then. My question is if you sold 2 this morning, can you not order some more in the next couple of weeks? I’ll come by and purchase it. No help at all and really didn’t seem like they cared if I made a purchase or not"
