"Worst experience ever. U-Haul might quote you less than Budget or Penske, but in the end, they will split your reservation up (without telling you until you go to pick up your truck), and send you 30 extra miles to pick up your tow dolly. They will also be really unorganized & not have your reservation correct. The ladies at this location were rude. The younger one yelled at us and showed no initiative to figure out the issue with the reservation."
