Wendy's

"Writing this while sitting in the drive through line, absolutely horrible experience every time I come here. I’ve tried to choose not to come to Wendy’s anymore (yes all of them) but the food is just too good!! I had planned to stop and grab lunch on my way into work and had plenty of time to eat it before then. Nope, I’ve been sitting in the drive through for at least 20 minutes now. I used to work at Wendy’s and we were always timed and sandwiches had to be done in 20 something seconds or less! Sometimes I even get to the window after placing a mobile order and am told the item I ordered either hasn’t been released yet or is discontinued rather, why the heck is it on the app for me to order if it’s been discontinued?? What has Wendy’s come to!?!? Absolutely horrible service at every location on the grand strand!! I understand here and there taking forever to get orders out but literally every day???? Come on Wendy’s!!! ETA: sitting in the drive through again it took 10 minutes and nobody answered the speaker box so I just decided to pull up I’ve been sitting behind another car at the window for 5. I haven’t seen any motion inside the window. What is going on????"

"I know that this location is probably one of the busiest locations on the Strand, but that's no excuse for one person taking orders at the counter and having a line out the door with a line around the building for the drive through, a HUGE amount of water on the floor in front of the coke machine that itself doesn't have even Half of the options available, and even the coke, that Said was available was nothing but carbonation, plus no tea available, and when the food was Finally gotten to me, the burger was thrown together inside the wrapper where most of the condiments, tomato, cheese, toppings, where in the wrapper instead of being on the actual burger. Kudos to the young lady that was taking orders because she was actually trying as best she could. Definitely need more help all the way around here."

"Drive-thru person was extremely rude. I gave her a 20 with the change part of my order. She gave me the wrong change back. I tried to explain to her what she needed to do. She told me she gave back what the machine told her to and what did I want her to do, give me money of her own. Once again I tried to explain to her but she was too busy telling me I was wrong. ( She appeared to maybe be a manager. She was wear wearing a different uniform ) She also argued at me saying I didn’t order a second drink. But it was on the receipt. I got tired of her rudeness and going back at what I said and gave her what she had given back. I told her to return my money. She really didn’t like that. The girl fixing drinks came over there and told us how sorry she was. “She” was very kind. The First Lady needs a different job, not around people. Terrible attitude! We are locals but will not be coming to this Wendys again."

"This is a great Wendy’s. It’s conveniently located off of a main road. The drive thru service is very quick. The staff is nice and the food is good. The drive thru is open late and the parking lot is well lit for those who want to pick up their food and eat in their cars. My order was quick and the food was excellent and warm. The night time supervisor was very polite and helpful. Awesome Wendy’s!"

"The staff was not friendly as soon as we walked in and they saw there were 9 of us they started arguing over who going to have to take our order. They kept making comments about how they didn't want to be there and the cook was using foul language. This place definitely needs to refocus on customer service."
