"The worst funeral home in North Carolina. This woman is evil. I the mother told her I may not have wanted a service because my son stated that he dif not want one . Because she was cool with a family member of mine that also made my son dying about herself n a publicity stunt. Tiffany would purposely call her to do things with my son funeral. The day I set to met with her to do the obituary she had already went to do it with that family member the day. I told her I was going to meet her to give her my son’s outfit. She also met with that family member if you are a funeral home service and you are supposed to be assisting a family member a mother with laying her child to rest the things she was doing should have never been done. But at the end in order for her to get paid, she had to have Me sign paperwork in because of her miscommunication with everything else and me calling to get his ashes and she told her receptionist to always answer the phone and whenever I will leave messages, she would never call back so she proceeded to call that family member and State if she didn’t speak to me, she was going to give my son ashes to the state so I proceeded to call her and ask her when did she try to reach out to me and if I can go ahead and meet her and she stated she was busy but once that same family member called her all of a sudden was able to meet that day. Tiffany gave me the runaround about everything even the day of the funeral being that my son did not want a funeral. I was not attending the funeral, but I told her days ahead that I was going to come an hour early to see my son and bring my daughters to see my son and I get there and the preacher of the church knew nothing about it. She in that family member made this 10 times worse. My daughters recorded her when she was on the phone with my mother. Stay in your daughter said she didn’t want Service but but what what type of funeral home service goes against what the mother wants this is the most ghetto funeral home Disrespectful because that’s why she wanted to go through my family member because more money was putting in her pocket things that I never requested nor never wanted it because she knew that she, completely ignored. My phone calls was very nasty all the way up until it was time for me to sign that paper but I left it in God hands. This is the worst funeral home in America."

We live in Massachusetts so a lot of the planning had to be done over the phone but they got everything perfect. I wish I could give more than 5 stars because these people absolutely went above and beyond. This is more than just your typical southern hospitality - these people are angels."
